Hi Carl,

The bike came out exactly as I’d hoped. The frame is beautiful, and the fit is dead-on. The XCr is impressive–the build comes in at 18lbs on the nose (in the garage door photos, without the frame pump), which is great for steel frame & fork. I’ve put a couple hundred miles on it in the last couple of weeks, and the bike handles wonderfully, exactly like what we discussed during the design stage.
