The result was polar. Carl delivered in every aspect of the process, and as a consumer I’ve never had a more positive experience. Carl has built me 2 frames now and 3rd for my wife. Not only is Carl an extremely talented builder, but Carl “gets it” and is a great guy to boot. I can’t recommend him highly enough and fortunately for him I live on the west coast, or I’d be bugging Carl to go riding constantly. 
I’ll be back for Frame #4 for me and maybe even #5 for my wife.
Props to you Carl and Loretta, wish you the best and all the success you can handle. BTW, We need more Strongs in PDX, atmo.
