All Strong Frames are custom built one at a time, from start to finish. All frames will fall under what we call the “Custom Blend” category. The “Custom Blend” is just that, a custom blend of fit, geometry, tubes specs, tire size, brake type and general configuration built just for you to do exactly what you want it to do. In addition to “Custom Blend” there are a couple frame tube options available:
- Extralite is an option available for steel road and cross frames. The “Extralite” frames employ one of two super thin walled tube-sets either Columbus Spirit or True Temper S3. The Extralite tubes don’t actually make the lightest frames but the ultra thin tubes allow for a stiff, snappy race bike without adding a bunch of weight. Not available for MTB’s.
- If you are looking to shave some weight off your titanium frame, we offer double butted tubes. These tubes are thinner in the center section allowing for lighter weight, while maintaining tube thickness at the ends where needed for welding. Not available for MTB’s.

Pricing below is for FRAME ONLY. To get full bike pricing add the frame price with build kit price and fork price. To start your order we ask for a deposit of $1000. You can place your deposit via PayPal here, send a personal check to 619 S Willson, Bozeman MT 59715 or call with a credit card.

Build Kit
Not all build kits are created equal.
These are Premium build kit’s featuring top of the line handlebars, stems, saddles, posts and wheels.
Build kits are completed with parts sized by me and fit specifically for you. Parts chosen by me specifically for you will include:
- Crank length
- Stem length and angle
- Bar width
- Seatpost setback
- Wheelset and tires
Complete bikes are built and shipped ready to ride with minor assembly and the addition of your favorite pedal system (pedal available at additional charge).
For complete bike orders we request a second deposit for 50% of the balance due when we start work on your bike. If you want a custom build kit or you want to make substitutions contact me for a quote.
Also keep in mind that assembly is included in the price.

Warranty
Strong Frames come with a satisfaction guarantee and are warranted against craftsmanship defects for life. Material warranties are as follows:
Standard Steel, Straight Gauge Titanium– Life
Extralite Steel, Double Butted Titanium and Carbon Fiber – 5 Years
In the event you have a problem that is covered under our warranty we will either repair it to like new condition or replace it based on our discretion. The warranty is for the original owner and is non-transferable.
