Tack

Again, just as I do with a metal frame, once the tubes are mitered I load them into the frame fixture (jig) and check that all dimensions are correct and the fit is tight. After I’ve verified the fit I clean the tubes and tack them together with a high strength epoxy. Once the epoxy cures I can check the frame for alignment and am able to start working out of the fixture.
